The latest from Bluetooth specialists, i.Tech, is a variant of their BlueBand Stereo Bluetooth headphones called the BlueBand Sport. There are very significant upgrades to the product and you might even say it’s nothing like the previous model except that it bears a certain resemblance in form factor. Here’s what I can tell you about the Sport and hopefully it’ll help you make up your mind if it’s worth your while.
i.Tech has designed the Sport to be easily collapsible and has also included a very neat and (obviously) sporty carry case for it. The flexible plastic it’s made of is light weight (73g) and the ear straps are also quite soft. They fit conveniently around the ears; and just to make sure I tried it on a few other ears other than my own. The can be worn for long periods with almost no discomfort.

Chip manufacturer VIA will begun to manufacture test samples of a dual-core version of its Nano CPU and expects to ship this processor by Q4 2009/Q1 2010. This new chip is an upgrade to the Nano chip, which was introduced earlier this year to compete with Intel’s breakaway Atom processor.

In what appears to be a good damage control exercise , Intel has come out and said that it would not stop OEMs from offering its Atom GPUs with CPU manufactured by other companies, like Nvidia’s recently announced Ion platform. This is significant because normally the Atom is always accompanied, by Intel’s own 945 chipset with integrated graphics. This is an old aging chipset that has been recycled and does not really offer the best VFM. Read more »

Fallout 3 had something for everyone. Explorers could explore the wastelands to their heart’s content, evil bastards could run around slaughtering the denizens of the wasteland while heroes could go around helping people out. If it’s a nice storyline you craved, Fallout 3 had that too, although the ending was pretty disappointing .

Toshiba has supported the development work on a new hard drive technology is almost complete and just before their commercialization. With the help of the so-called “perpendicular recording”, the researchers are 37 percent higher memory density for equal components.
Shortly before the commercialization is the so-called “perpendicular recording” disk technology from Toshiba. Already in the middle of next year, two 1.8-inch hard drives, which use this technology on the market. The data are as conventional hard disk.

Since there is already here and the question of where something is stored. This problem could be resolved soon - with the help of the hard disk on the Internet. It represents a sort of central archive for all stored data such as images, text, music files, etc. and may also from any computer function. Such Web-Disk, there are already over xdrive.com providers such as, but not in vain. Five GByte storage space for about $ 10 a month and password available. Some providers, or portals offer a few Mbytes of memory - but free. But unfortunately this is not very much.
